Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 26 October 2026 · Version: 2.0

1. Service

Casa Conect Global SL, CIF B22876221, with registered address at Cl. Joan De Cremona 4, EN Pta. DER, 07012 Palma, Spain ("Casa Conect", "we", "us") provides a secure, collaborative workspace for managing property transactions, legal workflows and legal documents. The service enables authorised participants to create and organise transaction matters; collect, upload, review, and share documents; manage document categories, access permissions, approvals, and participants; and use AI-assisted features to help organise and work with transaction information. The service also offers collaborative workspaces for legal professionals, to coordinate matters, documents and clients.

These terms govern the use of the services by paying Customers and their authorised users and non-paying users of free services ("Terms" and "Customer(s)"). Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, if applicable, Casa Conect grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right during the subscription term to allow its authorised users to access and use the service for the Customer’s internal business purposes.

The service is intended for businesses and professionals. Individuals such as property buyers and sellers may take part free of charge when a Customer invites them to a matter or shared space ("Invited Participants"). Section 18 applies to Invited Participants who act as consumers.

2. Accounts and users

Customers are responsible for account accuracy, credential security, their users’ compliance with these Terms, and ensuring they have all rights and lawful bases required to submit Customer Content. The Customer must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to, or use of, its account.

The Customer is responsible for all activity occurring through its authorised users’ accounts. Access may not be shared except as expressly permitted by the applicable order form or subscription plan. Customers may require multi-factor authentication and configure single sign-on for their users through the administration settings.

3. Customer Content

“Customer Content” means any data, materials, or content submitted to, stored in, or processed through the service by or on behalf of the Customer or its authorised users.

The Customer retains all rights in Customer Content. The Customer grants Casa Conect a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service; to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and as otherwise required by law.

Casa Conect will not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune AI models and requires its AI providers not to do so.

The Customer represents and warrants that it has all rights, permissions, notices, consents, and lawful bases necessary to provide Customer Content to Casa Conect and to permit the processing described in these Terms.

4. AI-assisted features

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or content that is unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customer and its authorised users remain solely responsible for evaluating and verifying outputs, and for all decisions, actions, and omissions based on them. AI-assisted features, outputs, templates, and workflow suggestions do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Casa Conect uses commercial AI services to provide AI-assisted features. Requests are routed through an AI model gateway to AI model providers with zero data retention and no-training controls. By default, AI processing takes place in the EU/EEA; the Customer’s administrator may allow global inference for additional models processed outside the EEA. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy, DPA, AI & Data Governance Policy, and Subprocessor List.

The Customer must not rely on AI-assisted features or outputs without appropriate human review, particularly before using, sharing, or relying on them in legal, financial, employment, healthcare, regulatory, or other high-impact contexts. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of AI-assisted features and outputs complies with applicable law, professional obligations, and its own policies.

Where the Customer uses the Casa Conect agent to send emails or messages to third parties, the messages identify that they were prepared with AI. The Customer must not remove or obscure that disclosure.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the Customer retains its rights in Customer Content and may use outputs generated for it through the service. Casa Conect does not represent or warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service unlawfully; infringe others’ rights; upload malware; bypass security controls; probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service; or create harmful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

Users must not use the service to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service; circumvent usage limits; access the service other than through its intended interfaces; or permit unauthorised third parties to access the service.

Security researchers may test the service only as permitted by our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other party. Confidential information includes non-public business, technical, financial, security, product, Customer, and pricing information that is marked confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential in the circumstances.

The receiving party will use the disclosing party’s confidential information only to perform or exercise its rights under these Terms, protect it using reasonable care, and disclose it only to personnel, professional advisers, affiliates, and subprocessors who need to know it and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Confidential information does not include information that the receiving party can demonstrate was lawfully known without restriction, independently developed, publicly available without breach, or lawfully received from a third party without restriction.

A party may disclose confidential information where required by law, provided it gives advance notice where legally permitted and reasonably cooperates with efforts to seek confidential treatment. These confidentiality obligations continue for five years after termination, except that trade secrets remain protected for so long as they qualify as trade secrets under applicable law.

7. Data protection and security

The Privacy Policy applies when Casa Conect acts as controller. The DPA applies when Casa Conect processes Customer Personal Data on the Customer’s behalf. By accepting these Terms, the Customer also accepts the DPA.

Casa Conect may use affiliates and subprocessors, including providers of infrastructure, communications, analytics, support, and AI services, to provide the service. The current subprocessors are listed in the Subprocessor List. Casa Conect will require its subprocessors to protect Customer Personal Data and Customer Content in a manner consistent with its obligations under the DPA and applicable law.

We will maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect Customer Content against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. In the event of a confirmed security incident involving Customer Personal Data, we will notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of it and provide available information reasonably needed by the Customer, as required by applicable law.

8. Availability and support

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain a secure, available service. Support is available at support@casaconect.ai. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to support requests in a timely manner. Maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruption.

Any service levels, support commitments, remedies, or credits apply only where expressly set out in an applicable order form or service-level agreement.

9. Fees, taxes, and renewal

Fees, taxes, billing, and renewal terms are stated in the applicable order form or subscription page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance, are non-refundable, and exclude applicable taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental charges.

The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes other than taxes based on Casa Conect’s net income. We may suspend access for overdue amounts after providing reasonable notice. Subscription terms renew automatically unless either party gives notice of non-renewal in accordance with the applicable order form or subscription page.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

Casa Conect and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, templates, and branding. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.

If the Customer provides feedback, suggestions, or recommendations about the service, Casa Conect may use them without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify the Customer as the source without permission.

11. Third-party services

The service may enable the Customer to use or connect with third-party services, such as email, calendar, document-storage, messaging, and e-signature accounts. The Customer’s use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies. Casa Conect is not responsible for third-party services or their availability, security, or content.

12. Data export and switching

The Customer may download its files from the service at any time. On request to support@casaconect.ai, Casa Conect will export all of the Customer’s exportable data — including documents, matter and workspace data, summaries, AI agent threads, agent-handled emails, and associated metadata — in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV, with files in their original format).

The Customer may also ask Casa Conect to support switching to another provider or to its own infrastructure. The Customer may give notice of switching at any time; the notice period will not exceed two months. Casa Conect will complete the export within 30 days of the end of the notice period and will tell the Customer if technical reasons require a longer period, which will not exceed seven months. Casa Conect does not charge for export or switching.

Data protected by third-party intellectual-property rights, and Casa Conect’s internal information whose disclosure would reveal trade secrets or compromise security, are excluded from export.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or prevent harm to Casa Conect, the Customer, users, or third parties. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice and work to restore access promptly once the relevant issue is resolved.

Termination rights are set out in the applicable order form. On expiration or termination, the Customer’s right to use the service ends.

If the Customer closes its workspace, Customer Content is deleted from active systems straight away, so the Customer should request any export under Section 12 before closing it. If the subscription ends without the workspace being closed, Casa Conect will keep Customer Content for 90 days so that the Customer can request an export, and then delete it, unless retention is required by law or agreed otherwise in writing. Backup copies are deleted or overwritten within 12 months, as described in the DPA.

14. Indemnities

Casa Conect will defend the Customer against a third-party claim alleging that the service, when used in accordance with these Terms, directly infringes that third party’s intellectual-property rights, and will pay damages and costs finally awarded or agreed in settlement. Casa Conect has no obligation to the extent a claim arises from Customer Content, third-party services, unauthorised modifications, use contrary to these Terms or documentation, or use in combination with items not supplied by Casa Conect.

The Customer will defend and indemnify Casa Conect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against third-party claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from Customer Content, the Customer’s or its authorised users’ unlawful use of the service, or breach of these Terms.

The indemnified party must promptly notify the indemnifying party of a claim, give reasonable cooperation at the indemnifying party’s expense, and allow the indemnifying party to control the defence and settlement, provided no settlement admits liability or imposes obligations on the indemnified party without its prior written consent.

15. Disclaimers and liability

Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Casa Conect disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, each party’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the Customer to Casa Conect under the applicable order form in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

16. Publicity

Casa Conect may identify the Customer by name and logo as a Customer in its marketing materials only with the Customer’s prior written consent, unless the applicable order form states otherwise.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts in Spain have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.

18. Invited Participants acting as consumers

Invited Participants use the service free of charge, at the invitation of a Customer and within the matter or shared space the Customer controls. Sections 9 and 14 do not apply to them. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumers have under Spanish consumer-protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) or other mandatory law, and Sections 15 and 17 apply to consumers only to the extent that law allows; a consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

19. Notices about illegal content

Anyone may report content in the service that they believe is illegal to hello@casaconect.ai, with an explanation, the location of the content, and their contact details. We will review reports promptly and diligently, act on them in line with the law and these Terms and tell the reporter and the affected Customer of our decision and the reasons for it. This address is also our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act; we communicate in English and Spanish.

20. General

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, excluding payment obligations. The Customer may not assign or transfer these Terms without Casa Conect’s prior written consent, except in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of substantially all of its assets. Casa Conect may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of substantially all of its assets.

These Terms, together with the applicable order form, DPA, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the parties regarding the service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. In the event of a conflict, the applicable order form prevails over these Terms, and the DPA prevails for the processing of Customer Personal Data.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices must be sent to the contact details stated in the applicable order form or otherwise provided by the parties. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will apply on renewal or as otherwise notified, except where applicable law requires a different process.
